Terms and conditions
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms govern registration for the 8th IMAGICON, held on 17 – 18 April 2027 at Radisson Blu, Nashik. By registering, you accept them. “We” and “the committee” mean Nashik Radiological and Imaging Association (NRIA), whose registered office is at E 409, Business Plus, Mumbai Naka, Nashik, Maharashtra 422101, India. The conference is managed on our behalf by Clinicologist.
Who may register
Registration is open in four categories — Faculty, Resident, Accompanying Person and Trade Delegate. Faculty and Resident registrations are for medical practitioners and postgraduate students and require a valid Maharashtra Medical Council registration number, which you must supply at the time of registering and produce at the venue if asked. Registering in a category you do not qualify for makes the registration void, and the fee is not refundable in that event.
Fees and payment
Fees are listed on the registration page and are quoted in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST. Fees rise at published cut-off dates; the fee that applies to you is the one in force on the date your payment is received, not the date you started filling the form. All date boundaries are evaluated in Indian Standard Time.
A registration is confirmed only when the full amount has been received and you have been sent a confirmation carrying a registration ID. Submitting the form does not by itself reserve a place. We may close registration early if capacity is reached.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on their own secure pages. Card, bank and UPI credentials are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored by this website. If a payment fails or is declined, no registration is created and any amount debited is returned as set out in our refund policy.
Cancellation and refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. The full terms, including substitution of a delegate and what happens if the committee cancels or postpones, are set out in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
At the venue
Your delegate badge is issued at the registration desk against your registration ID and a photo identity document. The badge must be worn for entry to all sessions and is personal to you — it may not be lent, shared or passed on at the venue. A lost badge is replaced at the committee’s discretion and may carry a reissue charge.
We may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful to delegates, faculty or venue staff. No refund is due in that case.
MMC credit points
The committee has applied for 4 MMC credit points for this conference. Those points are not yet granted. The award of credit points is the Council’s decision alone, and we cannot guarantee it. Where points are granted, they are credited only against attendance actually recorded at the venue and against a correct MMC number supplied at registration. Registration fees are not refundable if credit points are ultimately not granted.
Programme changes
The scientific programme, the faculty listed, session timings and the venue arrangements may change. We will publish changes as early as we can. A change of programme, of an individual speaker, or of session order is not grounds for a refund. Any change of dates or cancellation is dealt with under the refund policy.
Accommodation and travel
Accommodation offered through the registration form is a booking made on your behalf at Radisson Blu, subject to availability and to the hotel’s own terms and house rules. Charges settled directly with the hotel are between you and the hotel. Travel to and from Nashik, visas, and travel insurance are entirely your responsibility. We recommend not booking non-refundable travel until your registration is confirmed.
Abstracts and presentations
Abstracts are accepted at the committee’s discretion, and acceptance may be conditional on changes. You confirm that any abstract or presentation you submit is your own work, that you have the right to present it, and that any patient material in it has been anonymised and used with the necessary consent. You keep the copyright in your own work and grant us permission to reproduce the abstract in the conference programme and proceedings.
Photography and recording
Sessions and the venue are photographed and may be recorded. By attending you consent to appearing in those images and recordings and to their use by the committee in conference reports, association material and publicity, without payment. If you do not wish to appear, tell the registration desk at the venue. Delegates may not record sessions themselves without written permission from the committee and the speaker.
Your information
What we collect at registration, why, and who processes it is set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — a wrong email address or mobile number means confirmations and programme updates will not reach you.
Liability
We take reasonable care in organising the conference, but we are not liable for loss, damage, injury or theft of personal property at the venue, nor for any indirect or consequential loss including lost travel or accommodation costs. Our total liability to any delegate, on any claim arising out of the conference, is limited to the registration fee that delegate actually paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Content presented at the conference is for professional education. It is not clinical advice for any individual patient and does not replace your own professional judgement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, dated at the top. Material changes affecting registered delegates will be notified by email.
