How we handle your data

Last updated 22 August 2026

This page covers only conference registration for the 8th IMAGICON, organised by Nashik Radiological and Imaging Association (NRIA) and managed by Clinicologist.

What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number, designation, diagnostic centre or hospital, city, and — where it applies to your category — your MMC registration number. We also record the category and accommodation you select, and the fee applicable on the day you register.

Why we collect it

To administer your registration: to contact you about payment and the programme, to prepare your delegate badge and attendance records, and to file MMC credit points where applicable. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

Where it is kept

In a database hosted in Mumbai and in a spreadsheet accessible only to the organising committee. Access is limited to the committee and the team administering the conference.

Who else processes it

Three service providers handle registration data on our behalf, each only for the purpose named: Supabase, which hosts the registrations database in its Mumbai region; Google, whose Sheets service holds the committee’s working copy of the register; and Razorpay, which processes payments. Each is bound by its own terms and none of them is permitted to use your data for its own purposes.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on their own secure pages. Card, bank and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s systems — they are never entered on this website, never pass through our servers, and we never see them.

What we keep against your registration is only the outcome of the payment: whether it is pending or paid, the payment reference Razorpay returns, and the time it was paid. That is what lets us confirm your place and answer a query about it.

How long we keep it

Registration records are retained for the conference and afterwards for as long as we need them for attendance, credit-point and accounting purposes — in practice, for the statutory record-keeping period that applies to the association’s accounts. After that they are deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. It does use your browser’s local storage, on your own device, to hold a draft of a part-filled registration form and the details of your last registration, so that neither is lost if you close the tab and come back. That data never leaves your device except when you submit the form, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Corrections and removal

To see, correct or remove your details, write to contact@imagicon2027.com with your registration number, or contact the organising secretary or treasurer. Dr. Smita Wakchoure on 94227 72353 or Dr. Vivek Bagad on 98221 14409. Note that we may need to keep a minimum record of a paid registration for accounting purposes even after a removal request.
